| Descricão e Informacões Adicionais | RESUMO Objetivo. Este estudo teve como objetivo de sumarizar, analisar e disseminar o estado atual do conhecimento sobre a relação entre ansiedade e o diagnóstico e o tratamento do diabetes melito gestacional. Método. Revisão sistemática de escopo mediante estratégia de busca na base de dados Pubmed e BVS, bem como análise do material recuperado por três revisores independentes. Resultados. Dos 175 estudos inicialmente recuperados na busca, onze foram lidos e discutidos, sendo o mais antigo do ano de 1994 e o mais atual, de 2018. Conclusão. Apesar de os estudos não mostrarem relação estatisticamente significante entre ansiedade e diabetes melito gestacional recém-diagnosticado, foi evidenciado que mulheres com história de ansiedade tiveram maior incidência de diabetes melito gestacional. |

This study aimed to summarize, analyze and disseminate the current state of knowledge about anxiety and its relation to the diagnosis and management of gestational diabetes. Method. Systematic review of scope by means of search strategy in Pubmed and BVS database and analysis of material retrieved by 3 independent reviewers. Results. Of the 175 studies initially retrieved in the search, eleven were read and discussed being the oldest of the year 1994 and the most current, of 2018. Conclusion. Although the studies did not show a statistically significant relationship between anxiety and newly diagnosed gestational mellitus diabetes, it was evidenced that women with a history of anxiety evolved with a higher incidence of gestational mellitus diabetes. |
