| Descricão e Informacões Adicionais | The present article was thought in four times. The fi rst one intends to present the humanism (classical, existential and educational) of Don Bosco, italian educator of the 19th century. The second deals with the orientations of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in his Delors report at the end of the 20th century, when it recognizes the breadth of educational processes in dimensions as the knowing, the being, the living and the doing. The third moment relates the pedagogical humanism of Don Bosco with the pillars of the education contemplated by UNESCO. And, for the last, we respond to the goal of this essay that focuses the pedagogical humanism of Don Bosco within the salesians universitaries institutions (IUS). It is treated, in fi rst place, to recognize how the pedagogical intuition of Don Bosco was already present a century before in his educative practice and, as consequence, to project such intuition inside the new educative processes that happen in the salesians universitaries institutions. |
