| Descricão e Informacões Adicionais | A perspectiva de uma nova possibilidade de educação para o trabalho evidencia-se ao romper essa visão e, gradativamente, estabelecer novos padrões e parâmetros nesse processo, redirecionando a educação para os interesses do trabalhador, para seu desenvolvimento humano. Significa uma formação que ofereça privilégios ao desenvolvimento crítico e da capacidade de aprendizado do trabalhador. Encontrar formas viáveis para enfrentar concretamente a questão da educação do trabalhador, aproveitando as contradições existentes na relação trabalho - educação e rompendo com seu círculo de dominação é uma tarefa política da maior relevância, a ser assumida coletivamente pelos trabalhadores e demais profissionais comprometidos com seus interesses. É um processo lento visto que o trabalhador acompanha o desenrolar dos acontecimentos, ora inseguro, ora tentando desmistificar as ideologias contidas em gestos e posturas, ora conivente com a sua condição atual. A ação conjunta e integrada de profissionais como assistentes sociais, pedagogos, e demais educadores é de fundamental importância para a garantia de uma educação transformadora contribuindo efetivamente para desenvolvimento humano. |
| Descricão e Informacões Adicionais(en) | The perspective of a new possibility of education for the work is shown when this view is broke and gradually establish new patterns and parameters in this process, redirecting education for the interests of the worker, for his/her human development. It means a formation which offers privileges to the critical development and the ability of learning from the worker. Finding new viable forms to concretely face the issue of the worker education, enjoying the contradictions in the relation work-education and breaking with the circle of domination is one political task of higher importance to be collectively assumed by the workers and other professionals compromised with their interests. It is a slow process, since the worker follows the events, sometimes insecure, sometimes trying to demystify the ideologies inserted in the gestures and postures, or even conniving to his/her current condition. Integrate action of the professionals such as social assistants, pedagogs and other educators is of fundamental importance in warranting a changing education, effectively contributing to the human development. |
