Descrição e Informações AdicionaisOne of the items on the agenda on the global environmental has been a worry environmental coupled with business opportunities, an issue that involves the Reverse Logistics as one of the determining factors to allow logistics solutions contribute also to the preservation of nature. In the world tons of waste are generated every year electronics, however, an irrelevant portion is recycled. And with the fast increase of their sales, it appears that computers often arrive at landfills. The general objective of this study was to identify the type of information passed by the manufacturer or seller to the consumer about the importance of returning the computer products to a proper disposal, thereby reducing their impact on the environment. The response to the study was raised with the use of questionnaires and desk research. The research was conducted with employees of the computer industry Brasilia and results showed that both retailers as manufacturers themselves are unprepared to expand the information to their customers, showing that the cycle of information on disposal and post-use of computers is inefficient
