| Descrição e Informações Adicionais(en) | Abstract: The growth of the information production and its publication in several sources has made it difficult to identify and recover the content that is really appropriate and of interest to support decision-making processes at various levels. The organizational processes of information and knowledge management require mapping, organization and representation of knowledge approaches to facilitate the storage, processing and re-signification of this immense informational volume. This article presents a proposal for the alignment of several methodologies for the representation of explicitly expressed knowledge, aiming the systematization of several tasks, automatic or intellectual, in a single process. For this, the concept of knowledge representation is contextualized as a facilitation approach to knowledge management. Concepts related to prospective, meaningful and qualitative analyzes that can be used in digital textual informational contents are presented and discussed. It is concluded that the methodological systematization allows several alternatives for abstraction, summarization and representation of large informational volumes, which, through the use of technological tools, facilitate the interactive exploration of textual information.
