| Descrição e Informações Adicionais | Based on an empirical research done in domiciles of the Federal District (Brazil) on the process of transition from the analog signal to the digital in the television transmission system, the text proposes as a central issue to understand the reconfiguration of the television viewer roles in the twenty-first century. We intend to investigate the reception skills perceptions and transformations in a culture of convergence and the establishment of television as multiple media. Focusing on the differences and similarities of terms: viewer, user, audience, consumer, fan. Thus, we will question in this article how each of these terms is reconfigured or updated in a context of the ambience of transmediality and interactivity. |
