Descricão e Informacões Adicionais(en) | ABSTRACT In a highly competitive scenario of digital change, customer analytics and customer relationship management have become a strategic advantage for companies and an increasingly important topic in academic studies. The aim of this study is to systematize knowledge about customers through the topic of customer analytics. To this end, a bibliometric study was carried out on the Scopus database between 1996 and 2023, which retrieved 2083 publications. The methodology followed these steps: research design with the determination of the objective and the search expression; choice of the type and unit of analysis; search in the Scopus database; obtaining the networks with the VOSviewer software; calculating the network metrics with the Gephi software; obtaining the thematic map. The results were the lines of research in the thematic domain, as well as the thematic map, the authors` keyword co-occurrence network and the thematic evolution of the conceptual structure of the bigrams extracted from the abstracts. The studies show that the topic is growing in terms of publications and that the use of bibliometric analysis allows for a more comprehensive understanding, suggesting concepts that can be explored in greater depth.
