Descricão e Informacões Adicionais(en)With the advent of new technologies and working modalities, remote and hybrid models emerged, the latter being the one that is divided between in-person and remote work. In light of this recent panorama experienced around the world, and also influenced by the COVID-19 pandemic, many changes have been profound. Although there are studies on remote work and productivity in the literature, the outcomes and productivity indicators associated with the adoption of these models by organizations still require further investigation. The present study aimed to research the feelings, perceptions and productivity indicators of employees regarding institutional work models. This is a mixed, quantitative-qualitative research. 383 active employees of a Financial Institution in Brazil participated in the study, who responded to an online questionnaire using the Google Forms tool. The questionnaire was available for two weeks. Data analysis consisted of 3 phases. The first measured the frequency of responses and was automatically calculated using the Google Forms tool. The second was structured in sequential steps, as follows: a) organization of data in an Excel spreadsheet; b) conversion of data to PDF format; c) preparation of documents for analysis; d) use of the ChatGPT 4 "ChatWithPDF" Plugin; e) semantic grouping of responses; and, f) categorization and identification of respondents. In the third phase, the categories indicated by the ChatGPT 4 tool were analyzed. The results revealed that 86% of respondents worked remotely during the pandemic. Currently, the hybrid model is adopted by the majority (53%) of the Organization`s workers. There was a predominance of positive feelings regarding distance models, with emphasis on the impact on quality of life and time and cost savings.
